Planting the Seeds for Growth
REI, in partnership with local resource providers, is hosting the “Northwest OK Business Expo: Planting the Seeds for Growth” September 29, 2011 at the Cherokee Strip Conference Center in Enid. The goal of this Business Expo is to provide business and technical assistance to business owners and entrepreneurs in NW Oklahoma.
This one-day event will feature 9-12 breakout sessions providing information on how to develop a business idea, leadership skills, growing a business, and how to have economic impact on your community in the form of job creation and sales. There will be a great keynote presentation by the owners of “Big Truck Tacos” and “Mutt’s Amazing Hotdogs”. There will also be an Expo for business owners to display and sell their products and services and also for vendors who serve small business to promote their services.
Excitement is building about the Northwest OK Business Expo and the joint efforts in bringing a program of this intent to western OK.
